Bars Boxing specializes in three types of Martial Arts: Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai.

Our students spend their time equally between kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, overall physical conditioning, and stand up techniques as well as some grappling techniques.

Our classes are for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. Our martial arts school can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. The facility is fully loaded with ring, heavy bags, weights, and conditioning equipment.
