It is a privilege for us to share about our local staff and office. Rick Benson is a board certified hearing instrument specialist with 25 years in the hearing industry. He is the past president of the Michigan Hearing Aid Society and Past President of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce. Joni Benson is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has 7 years experience in the hearing health care profession. Prior to joining Rick in the hearing industry she worked as a Director of Religious Education. She retired after working 33 years in the Archdiocese of Detroit. We offer full audio-metric services; Hearing testing, hearing aid evaluation, sales, repairs, and a full line of assisted listening devices. We sell many different brands of hearing aids. Our first priority is you, the client. Service doesn't end when you purchase your hearing aids at Benson Hearing. It is just the beginning. We are committed to helping the hearing impaired to achieve a better quality of life. We provide service to our customers in the area of Chelsea, MI.
