05/27/2015 Carillon Point's Marina (Latitude 47.65676 North, Longitude 122.20649 West) provides so many conveniences that you may even forget to leave the dock. Situated on Kirkland's beautiful waterfront, the marina offers unsurpassed views of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, and Seattle's skyline. The marina is a focal point of Carillon Point's many attractions. Neighboring amenities include some of the area's most popular fine and casual restaurants, coffee bars, a destination four-star hotel, boutique shopping, and even a relaxing spa and salon.
As a tenant of Carillon Point's marina, you receive many great benefits. Consider the easy parking privileges, a 24-hour secured dock, on-site crew, power, telephone and cable hookups, showers, and a pump station available year-round.
If you are interested in permanent moorage at the Carillon Point, please complete the Marina Application and submit it to the marina manager.
Waiting List Information
If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please fill out and send the provided Marina Application along with your $100 deposit to Carillon Properties to the address listed below. The $100 deposit is applied as follows: $35.00 application fee (non-refundable) and a $65.00 deposit (refundable if you choose to be removed from the waiting list). If you are interested in paying for a larger slip than you need to get in the marina faster, please make note of this on the application otherwise you will be placed on the wait list that best suites your boat size. Guest Moorage Information
Guest Moorage at Carillon Point is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Beginning the 1st of January every year, we will take reservation requests. To make a request, please contact the Marina Manager. Within 2 weeks of your arrival date you will be contacted if there are any slips available for your stay. After you have been notified there is a slip available, please confirm your Guest Moorage stay, by returning the Guest Moorage Form to our office during business hours, paying for your slip and picking up your Marina Access Key.
Public Guest Pier Information
The Carillon Point Public Guest Pier is available on a first come, first serve basis unless signs on the dock say otherwise. For safety reasons, boats larger than 32' are required to use the outside of the Guest Pier. There is no overnight moorage on the Guest Pier and violators are subject to an impound fee. Boats that are using the dock to load and unload over 25 guests are required to submit a Charter Boat Reservation Form and pay accordingly prior to your arrival. This ensures availability and allows us to plan accordingly for moorage planning purposes. Please note, that under no circumstances are seaplanes allowed to dock on the Public Guest Pier.
