We are routinely appointed by insurance carriers to represent licensees pursuant to their Errors and Omissions Insurance Policies. Lee Drizin developed the MOLD WAIVER form currently used by the GLVAR, routinely instructs agents at free continuing education courses approved by the NRED, speaks about agent liability issues and opportunities at office meetings and publishes monthly the Nevada Real Estate Litigator's Blog.
