James Phoenix City Grille is a contemporary neighborhood restaurant. We respectfully incorporate both new and traditional ideas into our menu and into the restaurant itself. We are locally owned and managed, with many of our wonderful staff have been with us for years. Elevated dining featuring local, sustainable, organic, and internationally celebrated seasonal delicacies. Tarbell's is a very comfortable, friendly, service-driven, local favorite. Iron Chef Winner Mark Tarbell has been made major commitments in community giving as well as mentoring young talented chefs and service professionals. The restaurant and its team have been awarded over fifty local and national accolades including Food and Wine Magazine Best Restaurant and Wine Spectators Best Award of Excellence for its wine list.
