Dr. Matthew Milonas has a family practice in Naperville specializing in whole body health for the entire family, from newborns through grandparents and great-grandparents.
Dr. Milonas graduated from National College of Chiropractic in 2001 and has been practicing in Naperville since graduation.
As a teenager, Dr. Matt began to develop the typical teenage problems such as allergies, joint pain, and regular colds and flus. After graduation from high school his health deteriorated quickly and after a knee injury set him back from his active lifestyle he began developing the need for medications and even several surgeries to correct the pain and disease his body was developing.
In 1996 after several years of failed medical approaches to correct his health, Dr. Matt visited a chiropractor who explained the chiropractic philosophy of healing from the inside out. As his body regained balance through regular spinal adjustments to restore nerve system communication his body began to repair itself. Through better eating habits, exercise, and time management his health returned and is now better than any point in his life.
He has dedicated his life and made it his mission to share this way of healing and life with everyone he meets.
His family practice is a highly sought after Maximized Living Center focusing on the changing the way healthcare is viewed and delivered through educating and applying the 5 Essentials of Health to every patient that walks through the door.
Dr. Milonas has shared his message of true family health with many small and large businesses, the National PTA, local schools, hospitals, churches, and professional sporting teams. As a Maximized Living Mentor he has successfully organized and implemented Life Management Programs for schools and local churches that have dramatically changed the well-being of the participants.
Dr. Milonas is always available to speak at your events, clubs, organizations, etc…about the life changing information he has learned. His office also organizes and participates in creating health fairs for businesses aimed at creating better health for their employees.
