05/07/2018 Following Perfectial’s debut within Ivano-Frankivsk IT community during IT Rally Starters 2018, last Saturday, April 21, company’s leading experts visited and gave speeches at yet another conference in Ivano-Frankivsk – IT Rally Pegasus.
Among the speakers were six of Perfectial’s employees: Ivan Kourza (Head of R&D), Denys Prylutskyy (Head of PMO), Oleh Darmohray (Head of QMO), Lesia Mandzevych (Brand Manager), Oleksandr Pidlisnyi (Senior Developer), and Oleksandr Solomin (Automation QA Engineer).
“This is my second time at the IT Rally. And once again I’m in awe of the scale of the event, the number of visitors, level of organization, and how interesting the chosen topics were. This year’s event is special to me, as I was not only one of the speakers but represented Perfectial, who also happened to be the event’s sponsors. I think we did a great job presenting the company, especially considering it’s only our third month among Ivano-Frankivsk’s IT businesses,” says Denys Prylutskyy, Head of PMO.
Perfectial’s experts talked at three of the conference’s streams (BizDev, PM, and Trends/QC) and discussed the importance of R&D, HR Marketing and Branding, smart homes and Google Assistance integration, performance testing, and system thinking about building a team.
“Even though Perfectial joined Ivano-Frankivsk IT community only this February, the city already feels like home to us. Very quickly we’ve managed to gain trust and a place among top IT companies of the city,” says Lesia Mandzevych, Perfectial’s Brand Manager.
The visitors had a chance to meet and greet Perfectial and the head of its regional office, Volodymyr Yakubovskyy, at the company’s booth. Recruiters and HR specialists were also there, busy giving information about Perfectial and entertaining attendees with puzzles.
