Sabita Holistic Center is a woman owned business that has been in serving the Connecticut and especially the Fairfield County area for over nine years. Our therapies include Deep Tissue Massage, Pre-/Post-Natal Massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture/Acupressure, Chiropractic, Thai Massage, Naturopathy Yoga and Meditation.
Sabita Holistic Center works to unite Eastern and Western medicines to optimize our patients' health. Sabita Holistic Center was voted Fairfield County Weekly's Best Alternative Health Center in 2008.
Sabita Kanhai is Memorial Sloan-Kettering Center certified in Cancer Massage and all of our therapists are certified in their practices. She has over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Counselor. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki, and uses techniques derived from both eastern and western disciplines including Shiatsu, Myotherapy, Trigger Point, and Passive Stretching.
Sabita Holistic Center is dedicated to providing a friendly private center and program that gives the individual choices on maintaining personal optimum health. With knowledge of healing methods from around the world, we listen to you first, then tune into what your body needs most, and what it will take to feel energized and healthy long after you leave. Our holistic approach draws from naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, yoga, massage, nutritional counseling and meditation. However you look to achieve balance, it starts with a conversation and compassionate touch.
