As Terry was recovering from major shoulder surgery, there were only so many games of Call of Duty that he could play. Becoming increasingly restless, he received an opportunity to help our small local church. Updating and managing our church website soon evolved into requests from a few businesses within our congregation needing help with their own websites. Terry had an extensive computer background, so it was a great fit.

Thus Salterra was born. Business started to come in quite steadily, and Terry recruited his first employee – his wife, Elisabeth.
