Classes involve a wide range of topics based on your skill and comfort level. Chef will teach you what restaurant supplies to stock up on, knives to use, healthy alternatives to tasty fusion cooking involving east/west fusion and antioxidant spices. The focus is on natural foods organically grown with a tasty twist. Chef Shashank is available for catering, as a private chef, or for at home cooking demonstrations and parties.
