The fact that as of April 8, 2024, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has increased the automatic validity of EAD card renewals, so those of you who are applying for Employment Authorization Card renewals, from 180 days to 540 days. This increase in validity will apply to those of you who have filed or will file for renewal of the Employment Authorization Document, the EAD card, between October 27, 2023, and until September 30, 2025.
