From starting as a Behavior Technician, obtaining their RBT certification, progressing to Room Coordinator, and now leading a clinic with exceptional skill and poise, Max is truly a standout member of our team. 🌟 Jaelyn, a dedicated Behavior Technician, has made a significant impact in her short time with us, embodying our commitment to our clients with consistency and passion. We are so excited for our upcoming Summer Extravaganza this year! Throughout the summer months, we will be coordinating a series of engaging activities for both our clients and team members in order to introduce some exciting and effective methods to work towards achieving our goals. Recognizing the difficulty of working during the summer season, we have arranged a diverse range of events for everyone to enjoy, including visits from the Bubble Bus and Chef Bananas, as well as fun company outings and catered lunches for our team. These events not only offer our clients experiences they may not receive elsewhere, but also provide our team members with a refreshing change of pace, while reminding them of their value and our appreciation to their commitment to our organization & clients.

In our experience, focusing on the well-being of our team has been instrumental in advancing the goals of our clients. By promoting a healthy work-life balance for our BCBAs and maintaining smaller caseloads, we are able to prevent burnout and empower our BCBAs to further tailor their behavior improvement plans to the specific needs of our clients. We strive to ensure that our BCBAs maintain a manageable caseload of approximately six clients. Our commitment to promoting work-life balance is also reflected in our offering of several attractive benefits, such as the option of a 4-day work week, generous PTO, and the opportunity for remote work to enhance flexibility. Furthermore, we prioritize the well-being of our team members by providing access to affordable (and often complimentary) mental health support services through our comprehensive health insurance plan. It is our goal to care for our team and ensure they feel fully supported in their roles.
