Originally hailing from sunny San Diego and holding a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jeff brings a wealth of experience spanning various regions of the United States. His expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales within the HVAC industry uniquely qualifies him to make significant contributions to both our team and our valued clients, driving growth and delivering exceptional solutions. TRS-Charlotte is excited to announce and welcome Matthew Pickell to our team as a sales engineer. Matthew graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, he started his career in Colorado as a Sales Engineer, working in the HVAC industry and focusing on equipment, controls, and systems sales. He has had various roles over his 19-year career, including sales, sales support, sales leadership, and MEP systems design/development. In 2018 Matthew moved to Waxhaw, North Carolina, and lives there with his wife, 2 children, 2 dogs, 15 chickens, 4 cats, and 3 goats. He enjoys woodworking, being outside, supporting the Vols, and spending time with his family on their farm. Please join us in welcoming Matthew.
