Dynia Architects is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Denver office. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience and be comfortable running commercial and residential projects from schematic design through construction administration. The ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, budgeting, consultant coordination, and client correspondence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Lead the design and production of large-scale commercial and high-end residential projects from concept to completion. -Collaborate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors while maintaining design intent. -Verify code and zoning requirements. -Provide mentorship to junior architects. -Maintain an awareness of the scope, schedule, budget, and status of all assigned projects. -Lead client presentations and ensure clear communication during all phases. -Work with the design team to evaluate project details and design intent.   KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture -8+ years of post-graduate experience at a commercial design firm. -Licensed or Registered Architect. -Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). -Understanding of the City of Denver’s permitting process and relevant building codes. -Technical documentation skills with strong design sensibility.   Dynia provides competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
