Job Summary This position will help run our printing machine, primarily by repackaging cups as our printing machine finishes the printing process. They are fully responsible for utilizing our warehouse fulfillment software to fulfill all orders that are shipped through our Rexburg warehouse. Furthermore, they oversee office management by restocking all necessary employee supplies. III. Responsibilities This position is responsible for packaging the recently printed cups and fulfilling all orders from our warehouse here in Rexburg. They are responsible for ensuring that everything is shipped out with 100% accuracy and within the lead time set by top management. They are also responsible for ensuring all office supplies are restocked in a timely manner. IV. Duties and Tasks Machine Operations- This person will assist the machine printing lead to repackaging printed cups Warehouse Fulfilment- This person fulfills all orders sent from Rexburg Order Submission- This person submits orders to our warehouse in Bethany, MO to ensure our customers are receiving ALL of their ordered product Inventory Counts- This person takes weekly inventory counts to ensure we have the cases required to accept new custom orders Warehouse cleanliness- This person helps with daily tasks to ensure the warehouse is always fully clean and organized Office Supplies- This person ensures all office supplies are stocked at all times V. Qualifications and Skills No degree required Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Must be very detail-oriented Must be very hard-working Must live the values of our company Must be willing to own mistakes Must have great written and verbal communication skills VI. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Machine Printing Lead within the Operations Department VII. Working Conditions 15-25 hours/week required In Office arrangement Working with small teams often Must have a ride to the office every day VIII.
