Our project step by step Our project will unfold in several development phases, each one building upon the progress made in the previous one. Phase 1: Phase one lays out the foundations of the Blockchain Property Gate project and begins with our initial fundraising round. Phase 2: Phase two expands on phase one and is envision to be the starting point for the self-sustainable scaling of the Blockchain Property Gate business model. Phase 3: Phase three expands our property portfolio to 30.000 apartments and marks the beginning of our renovation activities. During this phase we will also start selling 25% of the properties. Phase 4: Phase four focuses on the acquisition of further additional real estate companies and mergers with the existing legal entities of Blockchain Property Gate. We start with the first step - the selection of properties for our portfolio - which is the key starting point of our activities. ✅ The property selection process: We are adopting a unique selection process consisting of 50 different variables, focusing on acquiring whole buildings instead of individual apartments or houses. The goal is the selection of high quality properties in bulk at the lowest cost possible, which will be rented out and / or renovated.
