Gold Tops State Track Honors for Comal ISD

Gold, silver and bronze - Comal ISD athletes won the trifecta of medals at the Texas 5A and 4A UIL state track meets in early May. From the state champion pole vaulter and the silver medaling high jumper to the third-place girls team, they finished the season on the podium.

Comal ISD Artist Wins $10,000 Scholarship

For the second year in a row, a Comal ISD art student received the title of Champion in the sculpture category for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Western Art Contest and received a $10,000 scholarship. This year's winner is Madeleine 'Madz" Patten from Hill Country College Preparatory High School.
