BREAKING NEWS:
On May 2, 2024, the California Court of Appeal Second District reversed and remanded a matter to the trial court for resentencing to strike the five-year prior serious felony enhancement previously imposed pursuant to Penal Code section 667, subdivision (a), and for reconsideration of defendant’s entire sentence.
Two attempted murder convictions dismissed along with gun and gang enhancements. Prosecutor exercised their discretion pursuant to Penal Code Section 1172.1, and Client accepted two assaults with a firearm. Client was released immediately with a time served sentence.
