    I had A1 come out to do a repair. A week later it started banging again. I had Luke Adam’s from Tucson come the second time. Luke did an amazing job , and put so much effort in. I felt that he looked at every inch of this door. He really put me at ease and was very personable. You have a very good employee with Luke Adam’s.Will recommend

    Garrett was Thorough and to the point. I appreciated his help, he answered all my questions and he was a pleasure to talk to. Chris Chau came out to do repairs…. What a superstar! His rapid response was surprising and awesome then he communicated, was on time, professional, courteous, informative, thorough and was simply a pleasure to work with.     Kyle called ahead of time and arrived on time. He was very thorough and explained everything he was there to do. He pointed out what was wrong with my garage door and what he was going to do to fix it. He succeeded in his efforts and everything is working Better than it has ever worked.     This is the second time Wyatt has been to our home to service our garage doors. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He makes sure you understand the issues you are having and how best to fix them. He never over sells on repairs and ensures you are happy with everything before he leaves.     We had a great experience with this company! We called to see when we could expect to have a tech come out and check our garage at noon. They let us know by 6pm same day we would have someone. At 3:50pm Kyle was here. Then he had diagnosed the issue, explained our options, repaired/ replaced the motor, explained the membership, received payment and cleaned up after the job was completed by 5:20pm. They are fast, efficient, professional and polite. Thank you Kyle & A1 garage door service!

    Jeremy Lam was the best garage door technician we've ever experienced! Excellent communication, transparent inspection and recommendations and quality work.     Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
