Therapy for Individuals, Couples & Family

Welcome to Thrive Counseling Center

How could your life be different with increased support and guidance from caring professionals?

Here at Thrive Counseling Center, we understand that life can feel extremely challenging. Dealing with stressors from work, relationships, parenting, finances, physical and mental health, and unexpected bumps in the road can seem overwhelming, especially since no one gave us an instruction manual for navigating life and its many difficulties.

Professional Support From Caring Federal Way Therapists

If you’ve been feeling out of control, burned out, and at the end of your rope, we can help. Our therapists help people like you who feel like they need extra support or more detailed guidance on how to cope when life gets hard.

Counseling may benefit you if you’ve been feeling:

  • Hopeless or at a loss for what to next
  • Overwhelmed by your to-do list and never-ending responsibilities
  • Lonely and unable to reach out for help
  • Unclear about how to ask for or receive what you need from others
  • Unable to approach your challenges in a healthy, constructive way
  • Scared about moving forward or continuing on the path you’re on
  • Frustrated by your family, friends, coworkers, or the people in your life

The goal of counseling is to help you discover new ways to approach the roadblocks in your life to feel more calm, confident, and capable when faced with difficult times.

Our experienced team of therapists will work with you to learn new coping skills and develop more robust “toolkits” to challenge negative thoughts, recenter your mind when you feel overwhelmed, and strengthen your sense of self and relationships with others.
