We're excited to bring to you a richly informative presentation on how to build lean muscle.

This info-packed presentation is for both men and women looking to add some muscle tone. It will introduce and describe in detail all of the factors involved in stimulating and developing lean skeletal muscle.

During this 90-minute presentation you can expect to:

  • Learn basic muscle anatomy and physiology

  • Science-based training methods (order of exercises, reps, sets, rest, and frequency)

  • A research-based training split

  • A full week sample workout plan

  • Proper nutrition for facilitating muscle development

  • Suggested supplements

  • Nutrient timing

  • A one-day sample meal plan
