These guys went above and beyond on their customer service, got to me quick and fixed my problem even quicker.

I sent a message to them for a quote on THEIR message system and had to supply my email for response. Never heard from them but have been inundated with spam from everyone else since I messaged them. My normal spam was about 5 a week, since this morning 229. Obviously they are fake or have been hacked.

Best 24/7 lock smith in the area! I was locked out of my vehicle, my key fob would not work anymore he came out, made me a new key, synced it to my vehicle no problem! He did all of this after a competitor came out and told me it couldn’t be done that I would have to have it towed to a Kia dealership & spend 1,000.00 M&N saved me money and time would highly recommend.

The guy who came was very nice and helpful, he did a good job and I would give the worked himself 5stars. However when you call they say it’s $25 to come out and look and they can’t quote you a price on the phone. Then told me it was $255 afterwards, and said that’s the minimum. So- good service- just be prepared that it’s $255 minimum for a house lock out. And another $85 to replace the lock they drilled out had I opted for that. I feel they could be more upfront about costs on the phone. I understand having to see the lock first but if there’s a minimum that should be shared before it’s too late.

The techs who came out were wonderful. I called on a Tuesday night and they came on Wednesday, early in the afternoon. They were quick and efficient. They let me run all the tests on my new key to make sure that it worked properly. And after I asked about a second key, they stayed longer to program a second key for my remote start Lincoln. They were polite and explained everything they were going to do over the phone and again when they got here. They stuck to the price that they quoted me and gave me a good price on the second key. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Completely ignorant. Came out and made a key that will not start me car. And then charged me $125. So now I have no key and am out of $125. When I called, he was ignorant and hung up the phone on me. Don’t waste your time here.

I lost my car key. He Showed up to make a replacement key unlocked the car couldn’t produce a key then charged me $120 for unlocking the car. Plus now idk what he did but my hazard lights keep blinking and won’t turn off. Horrible service avoid at all costs

ABSOLUTELY recommend! Matan checked my keys, garage and other entries to the home prior to dealing with the lock problem. He was clean, helpful and did no damage to my door unlike a previous locksmith that severely damaged our front door. Great and timely service! Highly recommended.

Quick and quality service with reasonable pricing.

Although Matan was running a little later than the timeframe he originally gave me, he kept me apprised of his status. My Sentry fire safe wouldn't open even after working with Sentry help desk, and Matan (and Sentry) warned me in advance that he might have to 'break it' (which he did). I had a bit of sticker shock at the price which Matan communicated in advance, but I think it's the competitive rate, and because Mat's service was quick & courteous, I would definitely use Matan for any future locksmith needs.
