Perry Miska2024-01-26Itay and the subcontractors he had on retainer are all top notch. We had our hallway bathroom gutted and remodeled with new tile in the shower, a new vanity and mirror, recessed lighting, new laminate flooring, and fresh paint on the walls. Itay offered competitive pricing and the work performed was according to schedule and of the quality expected. As with every construction project I’ve had, something unexpected always comes up (make sure the shower door is included in the price because I assumed it was but it wasn’t), but we discussed each issue and reached a reasonable resolution. We were charged extra for the shower door installation, but not for the extra handheld showerhead that they installed (which involved a decent amount of work) and some plumbing around the toilet which was outside of the scope of the original estimate. Fair is fair. It was clear Itay was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the bathroom looked exactly how we envisioned, and checked in with us regularly. With everything said and done, Top Remodeling is the best contractor I have used to date and I would use them again for my next project.
