All leads will be delivered via Google Sheet. The sheet will be delivered to you via email once you order.

2. Are my leads exclusive to me?

Absolutely. Every lead is exclusive to you and is never re-used or re-sold.

3. How long ago were the leads generated?

All leads are immediately fed to your Google sheet after contact submission, with a time-stamp included to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality.

4. What's the standard turnaround time?

Usually you will begin to see your leads start to come in within 2 business days of placing the order. If you have not seen any leads within 5 business days.

5. What is your replacement policy?

We don’t issue refunds or guarantee sales on these leads. We will replace leads that meet any of the following criteria:

● Over 80 years old
● Leads that provide a disconnected phone number or a phone number with incomplete digits AND an incorrect email address
● Duplicate leads (when the lead has submitted more than once on the same questionnaire)

BEFORE emailing us about replacements, please wait until you have received all leads. Wait about a day, then check to see how many extra leads we have already sent.
