I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the root touch-up hair appointment service at this remarkable establishment, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly put me at ease. The service provided by the talented professional, Polie was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did she possess the skills and expertise to flawlessly execute my root touch-up, but she also demonstrated a remarkable level of empathy and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the end result exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere of the salon was inviting and comfortable, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every aspect of the service. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and confident, thanks to the impeccable root touch-up provided by Polie I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone in need of a top-notch hair appointment service. I finally went in to get my haircut by Niloo for the 2nd time and she just gets better Everytime! I showed her a picture of what I was interested in and she cut it and styled it perfectly. She always makes sure of the length I want to cut before she makes the initial cut which sets me at ease. Niloo is fabulous in what she does and I highly recommend her.

I 100% recommend Niloo for keratin treatments for ladies with thick coily, textured, or Afro hair. I’ve gotten keratin treatments with her two times so far. The results were amazing and the keratin product she uses actually made my hair grow healthier and longer!! My Afro hair does not grow much because it’s so dry and damaged from hair straightening. Not anymore however thanks to Niloo’s keratin treatments. She also taught me how to take better care of my hair. I learned a lot from talking to her. Not many hairstylists in the South Bay know how to work with textured hair so she is a rare gem. Niloo teaches hairstyling at a local cosmetology school, so she really knows her stuff. The keratin treatment I got have lasted longer than ones I’ve had in the past, and my hair looked shinier and healthier post-treatment. I’ve had many keratin treatments over the years and I can tell when a stylist is putting in extra attention and care. Niloo is super careful and doesn’t cut corners. She is amazing, professional, and very talented. She is also easy to talk to and a kind person. Elegante salon is beautiful, super clean, and a relaxing environment. I will be back for sure for more keratin treatments. They use huge air purifiers and fans to keep chemical fumes out of your face and eyes when getting keratin treatments. This is so considerate especially for those of us who get them several times a year. I never have eye irritation from the keratin treatments here. I got my colored for the very first time and they did an incredible job! I'm a person who cares all lot about her hair and keeping it healthy, if I were to color it I knew it had to be at a place with good quality. Polly is also the best! Highly recommended!
