The DISH® private cable operator (PCO) program.

A revolutionary “true wholesale” model, DISH® PCO services allow the Operator to mix and match analog, digital and bulk programming. It includes the ability to offer advanced digital services such as HDTV and PPV over existing coaxial distribution systems. We are an approved, experienced DISH® programming distributor and offer the best in service and support.

We serve a variety of Assisted Living Centers, Hotels, Motels, Colleges/Universities, Nursing Homes, Single Family Homes, Hospitals, Condominiums, Prisons, Correctional Facilities, Apartments, RV Parks, Telco, MDUs, Gated Communities, and Retirement Facilities.

  • Bulk Programming

    Bulk Programming provides a low cost bulk package that is delivered to every unit or room at the property. The programming can be marked up and sold to the HOA or property owner.

  • Digital Programming

    Digital Programming can be used as an upgrade for your bulk subscribers or made available at a property where no analog lineup is offered. The competitive pricing & content along with HD and International programming and DVRs are some of the options available in digital.

  • Neighborhood Value Program

    Neighborhood Value Program (NVP) is designed to allow bulk properties who wish to offer their subscribers digital programming upgrades at reduced rates. This option may be used at any property where you are also utilizing the Bulk & Digital agreements.

  • Free to Guest Bulk

    DISH Network Free to Guest Bulk is affordable Satellite TV provided as an amenity to 100% of the property units, free of charge to your guest and tenants. Dish Network Free to Guest Bulk programming costs are based on the total units per month.

SMARTBOX® pushes the barriers of innovation, delivering HDTV channels to your entire property while saving space, energy and money. Designed for your entire property portfolio and small enough to be wall-mounted, it delivers energy efficiency and flexibility while requiring less space.

Designed to evolve as the industry changes, it can be easily reconfigured to meet future property expansions, system developments and network innovations with just a switch. The possibilities are virtually limitless.

 

  • Smart and slightly bigger than a microwave. Powerful enough to support any size property, the compact smartbox converts up to 96 satellite-delivered TV channels into any in-hotel distribution network, including coaxial, ethernet and fiber. Simultaneously deliver HD into every guest room, encrypted channels into the lobby and HD or analog signals into the gym all without complex wiring or bulky racks. The chassis is small enough to be wall-mounted.

  • Enterprise-grade TV service management system. smartbox has integrated a wireless modem that connects to DISH’s secure private backbone network. DISH system integrators will use the network for real-time system health monitoring and remote management. Hotel management can view a service dashboard to keep their guests up to date on TV services.

  • Economical meets energy efficient. smartbox requires less than 300 watts of power for a 40-channel HD lineup, consuming 90% less power than the current platform. The system also operates in temperatures up to 122F, eliminating the need for expensive cooling systems.
