9RoundBlue Ash is an innovative kickboxing fitness classes to you. We offer our members a thirty minute kickboxing workout routine with no class times to easily fit into anyone's hectic schedule. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "Full Body" and workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom. Timing: Monday 8:30 - 1:30 3:30 - 8:00 Tuesday 8:30 - 1:30 3:30 - 8:00 Wednesday 8:30 - 1:30 3:30 - 8:00 Thursday 8:30 - 1:30 3:30 - 8:00 Friday 8:30 - 1:30 3:30 - 6:00 Saturday 8:00 - 12:00
