About Active Recovery TMS

Established January 2016

Our goal is to provide a safe & effective alternative treatment for depression. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) can be a successful option where other treatments have failed. Dr. Horey, became familiar with TMS while training and working at Columbia University in New York City where many of the early and important studies on TMS were conducted. Seeing the need for TMS in the Portland metropolitan area, Active Recovery TMS was formed and began to see patients in January 2017.
