All Craft Roofers FL

All Craft Roofers FL is a family-owned roofing contractor in Sarasota, Florida, serving homeowners, property managers and businesses in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We hold Florida State Certified General Contractor license CGC003729 and carry insurance.

What we install and repair

Architectural asphalt shingle roofs from GAF and IKO, concrete and clay tile roofs including tile re-underlayment, standing seam metal roofs rated for coastal wind, and TPO and EPDM flat roofs on commercial buildings. We also repair leaks, failed flashing and storm damage, and tarp active leaks the same day.

How a job runs

1. Free inspection. Someone gets on the roof, checks the decking, flashing and penetrations, and photographs what we find.

2. Written estimate. It lists the roof system, the underlayment, the fastening schedule and the warranty. Anything optional is marked as optional. No deposit before work starts.

3. Permit. Sarasota, Venice and North Port each run their own building department, and unincorporated addresses go through Sarasota County Building Services. We file with the one that covers your address.

4. Install. Tear off, deck repair where needed, dry in, then the finished roof, built to the Florida Building Code. We stay on the job until the final inspection passes.
