All-Pro Bail Bonds San Jose

The bail bond process in San Jose, California begins to arrest and booking. Once the arrested person has been taken to a holding cell, they will be searched for illegal drugs and weapons, be fingerprinted, and asked for a statement. They will also have their personal belongings retained by the jailer. The defendant will then be allowed to make a call and request bail services. Once bail is posted, the defendant will have entered into a contract, agreeing to show up in court on a scheduled date. There will also be fees that accompany the cash bail. In most cases, California laws require that the individual pays the bail bondsman 10% of the amount as a fee.
