Almost Vegan Cooking School is your recipes services in centennial, Colorado. I created Almost Vegan Cooking School in January 2011. My dream was to help anyone who spent time in my kitchen to experience the joy and desire for healthy good food. My home kitchen is a recreational cooking school centered on the amazing benefits of a plant based diet. When I personally began eating in this "new" way, it was an awakening for me and my entire family. I thought I could help others with this extraordinary journey. We will begin with a velvety smooth Miso Soup, and move into the preparation of a classic fiery dish named Ma-Po Tofu. Next on the menu is organic tofu served with a cool crisp cucumber salad, a spicy hot bella mushroom appetizer and finish with pan seared Tofu which includes Jenny's Special Sauce. The most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted and the startling implications for diet, weight loss and long-term health. The "tipping point" for our generation is the development of the whole nutritional story covering the past 35 years, the actual studies conducted, and the extraordinary leadership of many doctors in America.
