- You may not be local, so having another Investor who knows the ins and outs of re-habbing a property and finding a Tenant in as little time as possible is your ideal situation.
- Once we have a working agreement between us, we will analyze any deal with you, determine rehab costs and then if you like, project manage the rehab and then manage the rental. Completely turn key and hassle free investing!
- Our investors with portfolios with 5 properties, with a rental amount of at lease $1,200, our fee drops to 7% of the monthly rental amount
- For the larger investors with 10 or more properties with a renal amount of $1,200 our monthly fee drops to 6% of the monthly rental amount
