Austin Trauma Therapy Center is committed to providing supportive, inclusive therapy services for adults, teens, and couples in Austin, TX. At ATTC, we celebrate all aspects of our diversity as well as our similarities. We use a variety of treatment modalities in our therapy sessions to help guide you through your wellness journey experience. These modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Music Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
