They offer stroller workout classes for moms. You will learn how to stay fit while pregnant and will soon be exercising while pregnant. After baby arrives, our certified instructors will answer questions about exercising while breastfeeding. They conduct postnatal fitness training that ensures that you and baby are safe. Mommy and me workout classes, stroller fitness classes, and mommy boot camp workouts combine Pilates, aerobics, and prenatal exercise classes with a pregnant fitness instructor to help mommies get fit.
