Here are some different types the supply to contractors:
Self-consolidating concrete - levels itself
High strength concrete - higher compressive strength, per square inch, used in large high rises, 10-14K PSI
Flexural strength concrete - gives more strength, flexible, typically used at airports
Tri-blend mixes - different cements in the mix, could be color, certain architectural look, used in school authority premium product
Gunite - used in pools, sprayed, mixture of grout?, sprayed on walls to make pools, subway tunnels
They do not pour the concrete, they supply it to contractors. Mostly government contracts with the city/state.
