WE  Are an independent buying guide for breast pumps. It helps parents choose, use, clean, and maintain their pumps, with plain-language reviews and guides that are researched in depth and never sponsored.

The site has reviewed 59 pumps across six categories: wearable, handsfree, portable, electric, wireless, and manual. Every review is built from manufacturer manuals and specs, guidance from bodies like the FDA, CDC, and AAP, and cross-checked against IBCLC references and real-world parent experience. Standout picks include the Elvie Stride 2 for handsfree pumping, the Spectra S2 Plus for electric, and the Momcozy S12 Pro for wearable value.

Beyond reviews, the site publishes 14 step-by-step how-to guides. They cover choosing a pump, insurance coverage, flange sizing, double pumping, cleaning and sterilizing parts, storing milk, and pumping while traveling. Its Breast Pump 101 section explains settings, let-down mode, part replacement, returns, and donating or selling a used pump.

Readers can also use three free tools: a pump finder quiz, an insurance coverage checker, and a flange size calculator.

Breast Pump Guide focuses on the equipment only. It does not give medical advice, and questions about milk supply or a baby’s health belong with a pediatrician, OB, midwife, or IBCLC. The site is reader-supported through affiliate links, including the Amazon Associates program, and it is updated monthly.
