BrightQuest Treatment Centers in San Diego provide long-term residential mental health treatment for adults with complex psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Since 1979, we've specialized in community-based healing with step-down levels of care, life skills training, and family involvement. Our evidence-based therapies (DBT, CBT, trauma therapy, family therapy) are integrated with holistic approaches like mindfulness, experiential, and nutritional therapy. BrightQuest offers a supportive environment where clients build independence, resilience, and lasting recovery.
