The game-changer and the uniqueness of the BCH menu came home with taking the staples of his father's Hilltop Diner such as the Pastrami, The Reuben, Philly Cheesesteak, Bacon Cheeseburger & the French Onion Soup and turning them into dumplings. This has driven the BCH concept viral on social media as the FIRST to reimagine the deli / diner sandwiches into dumplings.
