During Ryan’s time in college he was introduced to real estate through a mentor, and soon after developed a deep passion. Year 2012 started Ryan’s NFL career along with his real estate endeavors, he purchased his first investment property. Ryan continued to acquire investment properties throughout his NFL career and in 2014 a ‘value add’ opportunity presented itself - This launched Ryan into specializing in buying distressed properties, rehabbing them, and increasing the rents and overall property value. His philosophy is to refinance all or most of his initial investment and hold the properties long term for passive income. In 2017, Ryan and his wife Mary Beth, started Infinite Rentals Property Management Company, where they oversee their personal 40+ properties in the Norman and Oklahoma city area. Some of their team members include plumbers, handymen, electricians, etc. that oversee day to day operations. Since 2012, they have built a portfolio just shy of 10 million dollars and they are grateful for opportunities of continued growth!
