About Building Smiles

Building Smiles is a pediatric dental practice in Virginia Beach led by board-certified pediatric dentist Dr. Preethi Nair. We provide personalized, kid-friendly dental care in a welcoming space where children feel safe and supported. From cleanings and exams to restorative treatments, sedation, and special needs care, every visit is tailored to your child's comfort and developmental stage. Our office combines modern technology with a fun, calming approach that helps children build confidence in the dental chair. Families from Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, and the Outer Banks trust us to keep growing smiles healthy.
