About Butler Tobin

Established January 2015

The litigation firm only handles serious personal injury cases which means the attorneys represent injured individuals and families who have lost loved ones to wrongful death. Unlike many other law firms, Butler Tobin accepts just a few cases so that the team of attorneys can focus their full attention on the clients they represent. The firm has achieved tremendous successes for its clients including winning a $150 million jury verdict after a two week trial. This nine digit verdict is the 8th largest award against a car manufacturer in history. The firm offers a free consultation and gets paid on a contingency fee basis which means they only get paid if and when they win the case. If the firm takes a case, they expect to win it. Their approach works. Jeb and Darren have been selected as Super Lawyers Rising Stars (reserved for 2.5% of all lawyers), Georgia Trend Legal Elite, Top 100 by National Trial Lawyers, and Top 40 Under 40 by National Trial Lawyers. The team at Butler Tobin remain committed to the principle that brought them this far—full justice for every client.
