Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) of Central & South Florida, PLLC, is the only multi-specialty psychotherapy practice of its kind in Central Florida, and one of few in the state. We specialize in evidence-based psychotherapies that align with the CBT model, which include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). We have expertise in helping people with anxiety disorders (Generalized, Panic, OCD, Phobias, PTSD), eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia), substance use disorders (addictions), and mood disorders (depression, bipolar).
