Since 2003, he has honed his expertise in private practice, dedicating himself to the specialized care of upper extremity and hand therapy. C.J. fulfilled his dream of founding C.J. Allen Upper Extremity & Hand Therapy in Hauppauge and Smithtown, NY, where he continues to provide exceptional care rooted in his Suffolk County upbringing and commitment to his patients.
