Services include inbound answering, overflow call handling, lead qualification and outbound follow-up calls. Booking and call details are shared with the client's team using the method agreed during setup, with a weekly activity summary. Direct entry of call notes and booking details into the client's CRM is the optional CRM Management add-on at $99 per month, using authorized account access. This is human work in the client's system, not a native software integration or automatic data sync.

Standard coverage is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm in the client's local time, with optional evening and weekend coverage by arrangement.
