Every effort is made to keep Willow Creek Memory Care as home-like as possible. This sense of familiarity is comforting as dementia gradually weakens a person's capability to plan, initiate and complete an activity. We help residents lead a fulfilling and also productive life with structured daily engagement. Our activities are specifically designed for our residents who are experiencing cognitive impairment. We design programming that can meet the resident where they are in the journey of memory loss.
