Over the past decade, Leif Olsen has led a vast and innovative career, and through it, has become a renowned and successful veteran of the industry. In 2008, Leif co-founded and operated Kind Love; one of Colorado’s first and most successful medical and adult-use companies. During his time as owner and operator of the vertically-integrated seed-to-sale operation, Leif logged over 15,000 hours of hands-on operational experience. This experience led Leif to develop an extensive skill set in various areas of operating a cannabinoid business, such as processing and retail facility design, harvest and curing operation, SOP development, scalability, work-flow, vendor sourcing, and brand development.
