Cathay Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic is one of the few oldest acupuncture clinics in Kansas City Metropolitan areas. It was established in 2001 by Dr. Cathay Fung, who is a licensed acupuncturist and NCCAOM certified Chinese herbologist, originally trained in China.

Acupuncture is an over 2,500 years old ancient technique originated from China, with which a skilled acupuncture physician or practitioner inserts hair-thin needles into specific points on the body to prevent or treat illness.
