About Ceviche House
Established July 2008
Known for its delicious food, great service, and comfortable,
eclectic atmosphere, Ceviche House is the place to go for Orlando’s best
authentic Peruvian cuisine.
True to its name, Ceviche House specializes in ceviche, a Peruvian dish consisting of fish marinated in lime. Because no heat is used, the fish is delicate and flavorful. Ceviche has been traditional fare throughout Central and South America for centuries, and it is gaining popularity in the United States.
At Ceviche House, diners choose from a selection of ceviches, such as ceviche de camarones, or shrimp with lime, garlic, cilantro, and red rocoto peppers. Other ceviches are made with white fish, octopus, squid, or fish in various combinations. Also on the ceviche menu are choros a la chalaca, a light dish of mussels with lime juice, onions, and seasonings, or leche de tigre—tiger’s milk.
In addition to ceviche, the menu at Ceviche House offers diners a mouthwatering selection of Peruvian dishes, including appetizers, soups, beef, chicken, or seafood dishes, salads, and interesting side dishes. Flavorful desserts that complete a meal in style include traditional Peruvian cookies, cheesecake, flan, passionberry duo, fried donuts with caramel sauce, ice cream, tres leches (a traditional cake soaked in three kinds of sweetened milk), and torta de chocolate (a rich chocolate cake with five layers).
The beverage selection is extensive and consists of fine red and white wines, malted beverages, and imported beers as well as non-alcoholic drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, lemonade, soda, and fruit nectar.
