About Cindy Levy Counseling

Established January 2023

My intention is to hold safe space for you to show authentically, and to help guide you back to wholeness. I am a holistic and humanistic therapist who works with your mind-body connection to activate your biochemistry of healing, and to rewire your brain for success. Our work includes the social and ecological environments in which you live. I work with individuals and groups, addressing a variety of issues including stress, trauma, habit control, addictions, fears and phobias, life transitions, body image, effects of bullying and peer rejection, depression and anxiety.
