About Circle Studio

Our professionally trained and certified instructors offer private lessons and affordable group classes in Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise, Active Isolated Stretch, and group GYROKINESIS® mat classes. Clients range in age from 15-85 and come to Circle Studio for enhanced fitness, well-being, prenatal and postnatal exercise, improved strength, balance and flexibility -- and because Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and GYROKINESIS® are fun.
